How the Request Desk Works

We run an independent travel desk dedicated to helping guests plan visits to 8811 River Road in Richmond. Our team handles preliminary enquiries to make sure your arrival requirements—such as parking clearances or transit timing—match your chosen accommodation before booking.

Our three-step request process asks for basic details only:

1. Dates and guest count: Tell us when you plan to stay and how many adults will be travelling. Remember that BC casino entry and hotel check-in both require guests to be 19 or older with government-issued photo ID.
2. Vehicle and room wishes: Specify whether you prefer a standard room in the Hotel Tower or a suite in the Casino Tower, as outlined in our breakdown of rooms in the two towers. 3. Contact information: Provide your name and email address so we can reply with matching availability and arrival notes.

What Happens Next

We review each submission personally and usually respond within one working day. We do not ask for or collect credit card details on this form. If we find a room option that fits your travel plan, we will send you a clear breakdown along with direct booking links to the hotel or our trusted booking partners.
