River Rock Casino Resort houses ten distinct food and beverage venues, ranging from fast casual counters to full-service fine dining establishments. Following the ownership transition on 16 June 2026 to a partnership of Petroglyph Development Group (Snuneymuxw First Nation) and Musqueam Capital Corp, the property sits on Musqueam lands and continues to operate as Western Canada’s largest casino resort. BCLC manages and conducts all commercial gaming on site, while the venue provides the guest facilities.

Because the property attracts both overnight guests, fly-in travellers laying over from Vancouver International Airport (YVR), and show-goers visiting the Show Theatre, the dining options cover broad service hours. Note that guests under 19 years old cannot enter the casino gaming floor. While major sit-down venues like Gordon Ramsay Steak and Sea Harbour sit outside or along the perimeter of the primary gaming area, guests travelling with minors should check room service or outer options. Universal ID scanning is enforced at all casino entry points across British Columbia.

Upscale Dining and Fine Seafood

For formal dinners, celebratory meals, or dining prior to a show, the resort offers four distinct sit-down concepts:

• Gordon Ramsay Steak: Billed as the first Gordon Ramsay Steak concept in Canada, this high-end steakhouse features dry-aged beef cuts and traditional Beef Wellington. It operates Sunday through Thursday from 5:00 PM to 9:30 PM, and Friday through Saturday from 5:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Live musical performances take place in the adjacent lounge on select evenings. • Sea Harbour: Renowned for authentic Cantonese cuisine, dim sum, and live seafood preparations. It serves two distinct daily shifts: morning to early afternoon (10:00 AM to 3:00 PM) and dinner service (5:00 PM to 10:00 PM).
• KOI: A premium Japanese venue focused on sushi, sashimi, and warm cooked dishes. KOI is open for lunch from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM and dinner from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Note that KOI is closed on Tuesdays.
• MIKU: Known for Aburi (flame-seared) sushi, MIKU serves daily dinner from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

If you are staying in the Casino Tower or Hotel Tower on a weekend, we strongly recommend booking tables at Gordon Ramsay Steak or Sea Harbour several days in advance.

Casual Dining, Breakfast, and Late-Night Options

Breakfast Venues

For early morning coffee and cooked breakfasts, three outlets cover the early hours:

• Starbucks: Located in the main complex, open Sunday to Thursday from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Friday to Saturday from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
• The Chairman’s Room Lounge & Buffet: Serves a daily lounge menu starting at 7:00 AM. A weekday dinner buffet ($24.99) runs Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Weekend offerings include a Saturday lunch buffet (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM), Sunday brunch (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM), and evening buffets.
• Rock House Burgers & Fries: Opens at 8:00 AM daily, providing morning breakfast dishes alongside afternoon burgers and fries.
• Zio’s: Opens daily at 8:00 AM, serving 10-inch thin-crust stone-oven pizzas through 10:00 PM on weeknights and 12:00 AM midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.

Late-Night Dining

If you require food after midnight, Chopsticks Noodle House operates from 7:00 AM straight through to 3:00 AM every night. It offers a wide menu of hot soups, fried rice, and noodle stir-fries, making it the primary late-night dining hub on the property.

Lounges and Bars

For evening drinks, wine, or light bites, guests can visit two main lounge spaces:

• Privé Bar: Located near the high-limit gaming areas, offering curated cocktails, beers, wines, and small plates. Published operational hours indicate opening from late afternoon into the night (closing at 10:00 PM on weeknights and midnight or 2:00 AM on weekends depending on floor activity).
• Gordon Ramsay Steak Lounge: Offers a full cocktail bar experience alongside the main dining room menu during regular evening hours.

Guests parking in the main parkade after driving in from Vancouver or the Fraser Valley will find the central lounge spaces situated convenient to both the Sky Bridge and hotel reception.

A Two-Night Dining Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival and Evening

• Afternoon Check-In: Arrive via Bridgeport Canada Line station or leave your vehicle in the West self-parking lot (included in the standard $19.99 daily resort fee). Grab a coffee at Starbucks.
