The pool area operates daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. These hours are subject to change for periodic maintenance or safety checks. The pool space provides a climate-controlled environment suitable for year-round swimming regardless of coastal winter weather.

Families travelling with children should note that while minors cannot enter the gaming floor—where provincial law requires visitors to be 19 or older with scanned photo ID—children are permitted in the hotel rooms, selected restaurants, and the swimming pool. The resort does not publish specific height requirements for the water slide on its official pages, nor does it list detailed lifeguard duty schedules. Parents should expect to supervise children directly while using the pool facilities.

Absolute Spa at River Rock

For wellness and personal care, the resort houses Absolute Spa at River Rock on level 2 of the property. The facility contains six private treatment rooms and offers services including facials, registered massage therapy (RMT) and general massage, body wellness treatments, nail care, waxing, and lash and brow services. Appointments can be booked directly through the spa desk at (604) 684-2772.

The spa operates on a standard daily schedule: doors open at 10:00 AM and close at 6:00 PM, with spa facilities closing at 5:45 PM. Guests arriving from off-property for appointments can park on the west side of the building near the main resort entrance. For overnight guests staying in either the Hotel Tower or Casino Tower, access across the property involves traversing the central corridors or the Sky Bridge link. Fitness Centre Facilities

Gaming operations on site are conducted by the British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC) and regulated by the Independent Gambling Control Office (IGCO). Mandatory photo ID scanning applies to all guests entering the casino floor, where the minimum age is strictly 19.
